our process
pre design
Creative direction, site analysis, & spatial design leveraging research to gain a deeper understanding of your project.
schematic design
Planning & 3D interior concepts for the exploration of layout options, circulation, and relationship between spaces to establish the foundation of the design.
design development
Coordination, technical preparation, & selections for finishes, lighting, fixtures, etc. are made, while consultants are onboarded.
construction documents
Details will be turned into one set of technical drawings. Our team will visit the site to ensure everything is being constructed as requested.
finishing touches
Your design could be stunning, but the wrong pieces can break the space. In reality, this is why we started STROOM: to see a project through until the very end with furniture & accessories selection, & curated installation
